July 2025 Electrician Justin installed a ceiling fan and wired 4 recessed ceiling light fixtures. Being very thoughtfully thorough, his work was performed with celerity, alacrity and utmost professionalism, skill and consideration! *** September 2025 Electrician Justin was again called to perform another phase of wiring another 8 recessed ceiling lights. As before, his professionalism and personal congeniality are deeply & genuinely appreciated. In a world inundated with mediocrity, as if it is normal, being able to experience excellence in such a robust and reliable way is inspiring. As our home renovation progresses, room by room, plan to call on Justin each time we need an electrician.

Two Plummers showed up an hour after I requested the on-line service, which was wonderful!! The reason for only 2 stars is bc HONESTLY is a HUGE factor when I give a company repeated business. The young men that showed up were pleasant, worked hard, and did complete the job. I always double check the work completed. So after they left, I found the outside sewer pipe had a big chip leaving it in exposed to weather and air. I believe the workers were looking for a tip or didn’t want to disappoint the company. If companies would base raises or bonuses on customer surveys and cut out tips, they would have more repeating business. The company should provide shoe covers or workers should always take their shoes off without me telling them. Also, one of the guys carried his dirty, wet, work gloves into my house and shook them as he walked around in my bathroom. YES, I did find feces on my cabinet. No joke!! I went back and bleached my entire bathroom after they left! The next day the same Plummer came back, fixed the broken pipe and apologized. I know accidents happen and I any very thankful for his help.

Technician was fantastic. Issue was the appointment was scheduled on 9/12, for 9/16, 2-6pm. A technician was sent on 9/13 (Sat). Called on 9/16 to confirm appointment, was told it was cancelled. Transferred to Electric Dept; they were able to deliver on appointment on 9/16. Please TRAIN your customer technician schedulers to check appointment times.

I was referred to Fenwick Home Services by my mother, who had worked with Allen Barnett in the past. This morning my air conditioner went out, and when I called, Allen wasn’t available but I was connected with Ryan instead. Ryan was amazing, he worked quickly, effectively, and very efficiently to get everything back up and running. I’m so glad my mom had such a great experience and referred me, because now I’ve found my go to company as well. I’ll definitely be keeping their number on hand for all future maintenance needs. Simple installation on a garage wall on the opposite side of where the kitchen fridge is located. Just wanted an extra filtering system to the refrigerator water line. He took his time and employed a variety of troubleshooting techniques to find the source of our problem. I was impressed by his courtesy, professionalism, patience, and ingenuity. The Fenwick Company was a very good company to deal with. I placed a text message around 3:30am expecting I would go in to a line of calls to be retrieved later that morning. Within 15 minutes I received a tel call from a very pleasant lady who took all of the information and she assured me that someone would contact me that day. The rep sent a message that morning that he was en route. At around 8am the rep was at our door. He fixed the problem and we are pleased with the service and workmanship. This company and its workers are horrible. This morning, (6:45am) a truck from this company was traveling at 80 mph on Highway 295 and Old St. Augustine. Terrible Experience with this company - have been without AC for over 10 days, with two babies living in the home . A technician diagnosed the failed compressor and said parts would arrive in 2–3 days, yet there has been no clear update since. Despite calling multiple times, I never received a direct response or escalation to a supervisor. It feels like they never truly care about customer concerns — customer service is the worst I’ve experienced, with multiple layers to go through just to reach the right department. This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable, especially in extreme summer heat.
