Both technicians were wonderful, good, and professional in winning the battle against a very old and obstinate shower faucet. To replace it meant tearing out part of the shower. To repair it with new parts meant no damage at all. Repair g was a great outcome indeed.

Called to have gas line disconnected for cooktop so countertops could be removed (in the middle of kitchen reno); came out the very next morning. Knowledgeable and professional. We’re done in a few minutes and will come back to reconnect when we have new countertops installed. Highly recommend.

They completed the repair in one hour. the repair completed well, but rated '3,' as the cost of $300/hr was excessive.

Fenwick did a great job! Christian found out there was a block of ice around my indoor ac unit preventing the AC from flowing, but he thoroughly took care of it and checked both inside and outside the house for any issues. Definitely recommend Fenwick’s services

August 2025: David Jordan was our Technician today and did a great job with our annual maintenance. June 2024: Bill S. Was wonderful today as he diagnosed and fixed an issue with our HVAC system. He was thorough, gracious, polite, perceptive, and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend him and his quality, professional service. June 2021: This week, Dillon replaced our water softener, Jess did HVAC maintenance on our very old system, and Mahlon quoted and contracted with us for a new HVAC install. All three were courteous, professional, on time, respectful of our home, did quality work, and made us feel very happy to have them working with us. We highly recommend Fenwick for all your plumbing and HVAC needs - they go above and beyond and took the time to explain everything giving options that were mindful of our budget. The reason for my 5-star rating is the service I have and continue to receive after purchasing my unit. The technicians and dispatchers go above and beyond to help out and make sure the customers get taken care of. Update 8/29/25: I had a bit of trouble with my system on the 27th. The initial customer service rep I spoke with greatly frustrated me, but I was able to call back and get wonderful service from Devon. The next day, Ben came out to my house, checked out my system, completed work on it, and was just absolutely amazing. Ben was always smiling and you could tell he took pride in his work and was genuinely a nice guy. I was very impressed with the young man. On the 29th, one of the managers reached out to me about the trouble I had with the rep and was very receptive of the feedback, taking the time to review the call and will use the situation as a teachable moment. This is how companies become great companies .. by investing in their employees and using any situation to help employees grow and do better. I am happy with Fenwick and will continue to definitely use their services!

I would like to say that Justin was very professional and explained what he needed to do for the wife and I would understand before he did the work. He changed out our Kitchen lights to LED, what a big difference in the brightness in the kitchen. Different time 2months prior we had a new a/c and heat pump installed at our home and the service was also outstanding. I have to say that I will be using them again someday.

My home has some unusual (to put it mildly) plumbing. My sink got was backed up and it took two days and four guys to Ultimately solve the problem. Dayngel diagnosed the piping issue immediately. He then proceeded spending hours trying to locate the source of the blockage. Later on Ron Ayers (who volunteered to helped) spending another couple of hours on the problem. Both were great and I couldn't have been more impressed. However the weather started to sour and it moved into the next day. With the blockage still a problem, and with meticulous notes from Dayngel, Fahdi Altyari and Zach showed up, first thing in the morning. They were very professional and took extreme care of our home and our pets. Fahdi said emphatically, that they were not leaving until the issues has been resolved. And that was before they had opened up a wall to further ascertain the source & problem. I wish I could give them all 100 stars.

I’ve used Fenwick now at least 3 times. They’ve always been on time and extremely reasonable! We had them fix water softener issue, toilet clog, and service our tankless water heater.. and now the hose is stuck to the Bibb.. called at 1:45 and they were at my home, and done by 3:30! No emergency service charge.. just really good people! Thank you Zach and the others who have been there for us!
