My AC went out in July in Jacksonville Florida late on a Saturday afternoon (yesterday), my neighbor recommended Fenwick so I gave them a call around 5:30 pm. Their technician Buster Davis was here at 8am Sunday morning. Buster was fantastic, he was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He gave me several options, shorter and long term fixes, including a budget friendly option that would fix the issues that were preventing it from working same day. A lot of times with emergency home repair companies they will make you feel pressured into getting more than what you asked for or needed. I did not feel that pressure with Buster. He of course suggested replacing my unit eventually but was honest that it didn’t need to be done today. He replaced a motor and another part having to do with a fan and it’s been in working wonderfully ever since. Buster gained my trust today, so when the time comes when I do have to replace my entire AC unit, I’ll be using Fenwick.

You need to teach your techs driving manners. No need for him to ride on the shoulder to merge in front of my truck and definitely no need to flip me off when I honked at him to call out his stupidity of putting us both at risk of a unnecessary accident because he feels my time is more important than mine. I can’t say enough how they saved us. Being without air for 14 days with United Air Temp giving us the run around and no relief I was told to call Waychoff/Fenwick. They came out right away no high pressure sales and worked with em to get a new unit that fit my monthly budget. They even brought out a cooling unit while they worked to offer relief. Everyone from the get was so honest and professional doing everything to get me a resolution and not waste my money. If I could give more stars I would because they are a 10 out of 10 from sales to the techs..going to look into a plumbing contract as well with them. We called yesterday to get a quote to remove a broken bidet toilet combo and wanted someone who was experienced in replacing it with a new one. Frank was very knowledgeable and experienced, so we agreed to have him do the job on the spot. The last plumbing company that came out said that they weren't able to put that same toilet in that Fenwick was able to do in just a few hours (that included going to go get the replacement). They did great work and we're very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship.

Brian was my technician. He went way beyond what he had to do. He found the problem quickly and fixed it and then he said this pole is really leaning dangerously. Do you got a piece of wood? I said sure I got him a piece of wood and he fixed the pole that was holding everything up. Jesus was very professional and efficient. He made quick repairs to my blocked furnace line and checked out the complete HVAC system. He advised me to put 1 cup of bleach in the line once a month to prevent future blockage. I signed up for regular maintenance every 6 months at a very reasonable cost. My inside temp was staying at 84-85 degrees before my system was up and running again, and I was relying on my ceiling fans for minimal comfort. It was wonderful getting the a/c back in service!.

Recently I contacted Fenwick on Sunday afternoon about a propane water heater badly leaking from the bottom. To my surprise they said they could have a service rep to my house by 4 pm that afternoon. Rafael Serrano, the rep, arrived on time , analyzed and reviewed the the problem thoroughly. I selected the option based on price and availability. Two and a half hours later Rafael had obtained the replacement from the Fenwick warehouse, removed the leaking unit and installed a new unit. Rafael was outstanding in all aspects of the job. He left me totally impressed and satisfied, particularly never thinking when I called , I had any way of a Sunday resolution to my situation.

My outside AC unit was making a HUGE grinding noise every time it stopped. With a referral from ANGI, I was contacted by Fenwick Waychoff’s HVAV Service. Not did they call within 10 minutes, but a tech was sent out the same day! I was provided with the name of the tech in advance and he arrived right on time. He was friendly, experienced and patiently listened as I tried to make the noise I was hearing. He got right to work, quickly found the trouble, then clearly explained to me what had gone wrong, including where he was able to make improvement. If you need AC repair and live in the Jacksonville, FL area, then Waychoff’s should be your first call. Their service was outstanding!

We've used Waychoff for hvac and electric since we bought the house two and a half years ago. I guess they recently merged with fenwick plumbing? Experiences with hvac have been outstanding so we've been using them exclusively and gave spend thousands with them over the last couple years. Fenwick plumbing was a wildly different experience. Quoted $89 over the phone for "home visit and diagnostic". They even checked the call recording, that's what they said. The plumber came and did the diag. Diag determined nothing was wrong and no repairs were needed. Time to collect payment and he told us the total was $150. The explanation was that since he had to walk around the house and check faucets it was an inspection and the diagnostic quote didn't cover it. Unfortunately for all of us, I'm not paying more because your company terminology is different than the English language and you didn't see fit to clarify at any point before payment collection. After I insisted that I would not be paying more than the quoted price for the diagnostic, since it was indebatably a diagnostic, the manager on the phone threw a little tantrum and said they'll just charge us nothing at all and cancel our upcoming electrical appointment. It was clear that this lack of communication is consistently a problem for them. If you're consistently having this same issue with customers, it's not the customer. This is an easy fix that was handled in such a way that you lost a long term customer (one that's going to need a new hvac system withinin the next few years). If I were the owner I would be furious with this manager.

I had water leak called them and they came out on Saturday didn't charge me anything extra nothing hidden and Zach was amazing he didn't make any judgment based on prior work he checked everything out and found the leak and took care of it then went above and closed the whole fire me cleaned up and repiped under my sink all for a very reasonable price!!! I will use them from now on with any issue in my home thank you Fenwick and Zach

They completed the job, but left a big mess and caused minor damage to my baseboards. I called customer service to speak with a manager, but no one ever followed up. Very disappointed with the lack of care and accountability. I won’t use them again. BTW, for those who care.....as of June 26, Fenwick's promise👇🏽 that a manager would contact me never happened. I'll never request or recommend them for any service.

Elmer was great. He took the time to show me what the problem was and what options I had to resolve it. From a quick fix Contactor replacement that might recur again in a few months to a Compressor replacement that would last a few years to a total system replacement that would last 10-15 years, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. We opted for the temporary fix knowing that it would take some time to schedule either of the remaining compressor or total replacement options.
