Matt , Paul and Tino successfully hooked our home to city sewer. It was a challenging job that required over 2 hundred feet of pipe and a sophisticated pump station. I have had 3 different technicians come out to my house to solve the same problem. They all have said they have fixed it but it is still not fixed. I called when it was 110 degrees out for an emergency service and no one called me back. Call centers are now in New Jersey. Since Waychoff's sold to Fenwick service has been terrible.

I feel I was overcharged for one pound of freon. Twenty five pounds of freon cost just under $300 or right at $300 depending on where you make a purchase. Fenwick charges $259 for one pound. Is that not ridiculous?

My experience with Fenwick Home Services was awesome. Steven was my technician on a late Sunday afternoon when my hot water heater began to leak. He came out and assess my situation and it was repaired in a very timely manner. I couldn't ask for better service. It was the best customer service I've received in a long time. We experienced a lightning strike to our house. Fortunately, the damage was minimal however, for the insurance claim (and our peace of mind) we needed an inspection of our electrical system and the lost equipment. Brian was the service technician who came out the same day we called and checked everything necessary. He also spent time educating us more about lightning and electrical currents. He provided recommendations for additional safety measures. He provided the needed information for the insurance. Our usual home service provider, who charges more, was unable to provide this service. We are very impressed with the timely and professional service from Fenwick and Brian. We now have a new home services provider.

. I’ve always used Fenwick for my plumbing needs and though high priced they do quality work. This was no exception. The technician arrived on time, inspected the job and then gave me a quote. After I picked my jaw up off the floor and got my heart rate back down, l told him that price was way too high. I had to get the work done so he cut the price a bit. He went to work and a couple hours later the work was done. An excellent job by a professional. Thank you Fenwick.

WOW…That’s how a service call should go! I was thoroughly impressed from the time I scheduled the appointment online, to the impeccable services provided by their tech Adam branch. I was kept informed every step of the way, including when Adam did his diagnostics, troubleshooting and recommendations for fixing our air conditioning system. True professionals!!! We have had many different problems with the system and it would be best to get a new one. He attempted to correct the existing problem. The problem was leaking water and could be a major fix.

No stars. Technician tried to cheat me by giving me a ridiculous quote for repair that didn't even address the problem. He said a refrigerant pipe had a hole in it when it was actually the TXV valve that needed replacing. All they want to do is sell you a new system.

Our AC unit needed is normal service. I was able to book an appointment on a Saturday and they showed up on Sunday in a timely manner. The Technician, Yoan Lopez, was efficient in checking both the inside and outside AC components. He found molding issues inside our unit. He cleaned it and installed a UV light (with my permission) promptly. I will always recommend Fenwick to my friends and neighbors.
