Jerald was the technician that showed up to assess our A/C and the one thing above all else is that he didn't sugar coat anything. He got straight to the point and gave me 2 options. Replace the coil or replace the unit. Given the age of the unit, the easy choice was to replace the unit. Jerald went the extra mile and set up an appointment with a salesman that we already had a relationship with 3 years prior. What could have been a hand ringing, stressful situation was actually pleasant even though it was expensive. It's all about customer service and pending the installation, so far so good!

I have used Fenwick for years for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Top of the line work and great communication. I haven’t left a review before, but after my technician was so wonderful yesterday, I thought I needed to. We thought our plumbing issue was simple, but he came and looked at it (with the intent to repair) and he helped us realize that our issue is actually much more than what we thought and not just a plumbing problem. He was so attentive and thorough. I will be requesting Khan specifically for all of my future plumbing needs.

Unlike competitor Lickety Split who were horrible and was just looking for more ways to xharge more money! Took forever to make them leave my house! As usual. Christian was punctual and put his shoe covers on and went to work. In about an hour he was finished, showed me lots of photos of my unit and told me everything I needed to know. He answers all my questions and the guy is very informative and knows what he’s doing and I a find he’s very honest. Before he left he made sure I signed up for my next appointment. He’s very thorough and I ask for him every time.

I had a great experience with Fenway! They helped me with a last minute appointment after my unit shut off overnight. The tech arrived at the beginning of the appointment and had to crawl out of my window at one point to get to the main unit and did it with a smile on his face. He fixed my issue for $188 after a different company quoted me almost $6K for the exact same issue about 6 months ago. Professional, knowledgeable and so helpful!

I'm a returning customer of Fenwicks Plumbing, they've handled my problems for years now. This time, it was a major project, a repipe of my home due to a slab leak. The whole process went as smoothly as can be expected, given the nature of the problem. Darrell was great when he came out initially to access the situation and give us an estimate and came back throughout the project to make sure I was totally satisfied and his guys had everything they needed. John (Matt) was the lead man on our job. I don't have enough room to praise how great of a job he did. From his awesome attitude to the quality of the work performed, everything far exceeds any expectations I had. He was just a plain great, hard working, professional. Of course, he couldn't have finished the job without help. Gage was his right hand man, on top of whatever he needed and hammered out his work quickly and proficiently, it was like having 2 master plumbers on my job. Also had a little help on day 1 from Tino and Andrew, both very polite and personable guys. I can't forget Craig, Fenwick's Rinai specialist, that came to check up on an minor issue with my tankless water heater that ended up potentially saving our lives, our home, and the water heater. Again, a total professional and a gentleman, just like everyone l've ever met from this company. All in all, this is how ANY business should be done, across the board, not just plumbing.

Technician did an outstanding job - he first diagnosed a clog in the water drain, showed how he confirmed that, and then, when the AC kicked off when he didn't expect it, he went deeper and found a component was bad on the motherboard, and showed us how he detected that. Had a leak in the front yard on a Friday afternoon. Called Fenwick and they sent out somebody immediately. Rafael diagnosed the problem, walked me through the water softener regeneration process, reset everything, good to go! Answered a few other plumbing questions, now we know what hoses to water the plants with to avoid the softner/salt on our plants. Thanks Rafael Serrano!

Recently had a problem with water intrusion running into my owners bedroom and closet. The main drain in my owners bathroom had water backing up through the shower drain and the toilet was gurgling. Fenwick was able to schedule a technician to be here within a couple of hours. Technician was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make recommendations on how to best handle the problem. Fenwick has a warehouse nearby and the parts were delivered in less than a hour which allowed the work to be completed the same day. The technician explained everything completely and did an excellent job of cleaning the entire work area. Everything was back in working order within six hours. Their price was exactly what I was quoted and very reasonable. This is not the first time I’ve called them and needed a quick response - they never disappoint and always make me confident that I can rely on them for future plumbing work! 05/02/25 The hose connections outside were corroded and couldn’t get the hose disconnected. Nathan arrived on time and explained what the problem was and gave me a quote for the service. He also offered me the military and senior discount which I usually forget to ask for. The service was completed promptly and at the price I was quoted. Nathan kept me informed of the service as he was working.

Had my propane hot water heater replaced today by Rafael I was hesitant at first to go with Fenwick because of some of the reviews I read but when Rafael came out to give me a quote, he was very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. During the installation today he again was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was done just right. I had an emergency leak in my old tankless hot water heater and had no idea what to do. I contacted this company because they don’t charge an emergency fee to come out and provide a quote on the job. Let me tell you, the leak couldn’t be repaired, and it had damaged all the electrical components, so I needed a full replacement. I was completely taken care of, and within just two days, I had a new unit installed with an even better appearance than before. My technician, Steve Bush, went above and beyond to deliver top-notch service! I will 1000% use this company again and have already decided to trust them for regular yearly maintenance moving forward. Highly recommend! I LOVE my new unit!
