Rafael came late on a Friday night to help us with a leak we had that was leading inside our concrete block wall. He explained all of the possible scenarios and options we had. After trying the first one the pipe collapsed because of old age. The logical next step was to have to chip open the concrete and access the next place to fix. However he was able to see back into the wall and said he might be able to pry out the remainder of the broken threads that remained. After what can only be described as SURGICAL procedure, he was able to remove the pieces and insert a new pipe like nothing ever happened. We cannot thank him enough and will only request his service moving forward! Thank you Rafael!

Frank was our service tech today. He did an excellent job of repairing our old water heater and gave us an estimate for replacing it with a brand new one. We will be calling Fenwick within two months to have Frank install our new water heater...at what we consider to be a very reasonable price. Frank was very personable, and gave us valuable information which helped us to make the decision to replace our old water heater with a new one within 90 days. I didn’t realize I had a water leak at my main water line. Fenwick came out at my neighbors request but they discovered the leak was not for my neighbor but it was for my home. Ron from Fenwick was the plumber on the call. I wasn’t home at the time and had to pick up my wife from the airport. Ron walked me through the.issue on the phone and fixed the problem. He did an excellent job!

Today, I give Fenwick Home Services a 5 star. Because from the first call speaking to a great representative explaining to him that I had a plumbing company out to put in my new hot water heater just this Mar. 25 and I felt that his work was not up to par my hot water heater had a slow leak around the screws by the expansion tank. So he sent out Steven Bush who was a licensed plumber and it really made the difference! I called on a Saturday and there was availability today and also I was given a discount for seniors. "Words Of Advice!" Please use Only Plumbers who are licensed and who are also listed as current and have a good credit rating with the Better Business Bureau in your city. This was my first mistake. Moving forward I will be using Bill Fenwick Home services to help me when I need them. Because we all need to have the confidence that There are still some good companies out here in Jax fl. The technician was very cordially explaining the condition of the air conditioner. She conducted all the check outs and tested the components of the air system. Took his time to show with pictures what was necessary to replace. He did not express any pressure and quick decisions to have the air condition running better, only the options of replacing some parts. Gave me the cost of each option well descriptive on his tablet. Called at 8am. Phone service was great and the technician (Fadi) showed up at 10. He went over the problem with us and explained everything. He came with everything needed. In two hours he had replaced the disposal unit and cleaned out the pipes. Service was excellent. He cleaned up and it was like it never happened. Great service!

Rafael was amazing! First of all, he came to do a cut and cap of my gas line that was preventing my new oven from fitting against the wall. He performed the cap, then chose to stay and help me with my real problem, which was that the oven delivery guys had installed the bracket that stops the oven from tipping over incorrectly. He repositioned the bracket and screwed it into the wall for me, even though he’s a plumber and not a carpenter. This is the kind of service you can expect from Rafael. Also he was a really nice guy and also wore shoe covers in my house which was a show of respect that I appreciated:) thank you Rafael!

Had to call Fenwick & Rafael came out this morning (Sunday) to check our toilet sewer drain. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do in order to give us an estimate. Ended up snaking the drain via the roof vent. He found a few small items and was able to remove them so hopefully there will be no further problems. I will note that he not only wore shoe covers (unlike the last company we had come out) and double checked that everything was working properly before leaving. We have used Fenwick in the past and have always been very satisfied with the work that they do.
