My mother had a leaking bath faucet and needed new faucet handles as well. My son recommended Fenwick because they replumbed his house and did a great job. I called Fenwick and Fadi Atlyari was here within 30 minutes. Fadi was extremely polite and after we explained the issues with the old faucet handles (old and hard to use), he recommended a replacement to not only fix the leak but also make it much easier for my mother to use. Fadi explained everything he was going to do first, then worked very efficiently. I highly recommend Fenwick, and especially Fadi. Fadi did a great job, was super helpful, very experienced, and extremely pleasant. Thank you Fadi and Fenwick!!!

My gas water heater stopped working. Frank was my technician. He was very prompt, very professional and very nice. He had to replace some electrical parts inside the water heater. The job was completed within an hour and we have hot water again. Thank you so much, Frank. 2nd review for Fenwick Plumbing. Google doesn’t allow two reviews for the same company so I’m adding a second review. My gas water heater broke again a few months after Frank fixed it. It wasn’t Franks fault it was the water heater itself. It broke on a Saturday night and Justin from Fenwick was at my house first thing Sunday morning. He got it running again and I wasn’t charged anything, but the next day it went out again. I called Fenwick back. The next morning Cody and his partner (Kody with a K) came out. Cody told me what could possibly be causing the pilot to keep going out and I decided I was done with the gas heater and wanted a new electric one. Cody explained everything to me and spent time giving me different options. I decided to get the new water heater that day. Cody did a phenomenal job. He disconnected the gas water heater, capped the gas line and drained and removed the water heater. A brand new electric water heater was at my house an hour later. Cody made sure my electrical was correct for the new water heater and then installed it. When he was finished he double checked everything and cleaned the area so that it was spotless. When he gave me the bill he had taken off what I was charged when Fenwick initially came out a few months prior for the original repair of the gas heater. I plan to change out my gas range next and I am going to ask for Cody. He’s a specialist when it comes to gas, he’s very knowledgeable and he’s very nice. I’m very comfortable with him working on my house.

I had Fenwick come to my residence to check on my HVAC system as well as a plumbing issue to address. The first tech to come was the plumber John Matthew. I discussed the issues I’ve been dealing with and he was very thorough with his explanation on how to fix the issue. Problem was solved quickly and efficiently. The next tech to show up was the HVAC, Dylan. He was there just to do routine maintenance. He showed such respect for my property conducting his business in a very clean manner. He explained everything he performed and gave me simple advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. I was so pleased with both Fenwick employees that showed up and did excellent service.

Rafael Serrano was superb! He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I will recommend Fenwick to all my neighbors and friends. After waiting all day long on Saturday for Henry Hayes plumbing to service my old water heater which had sprung a large leak, I call Fenwick at 6pm. They gave me an appointment for 8 am the next (Sunday). Without charging me an extra $150 fee for the weekend. The price was reasonable and the service excellent.

I had Asia in the office schedule the service call and she was excellent as well. She was very effective and efficient. Christian is very consistent with his high level of work. As long as I’m in North Florida I’ll be using Fenwick and Christian Sharp will be doing my HVAC work.

After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.

Excellent service on today from Fenwick. Kitchen sink pipe came loose late last night. Schedule an appointment by app around 3:00 AM. Dale the technician show up on time 8:00 AM. Quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue and explained options to resolve the issue. Extended or adjusted the pipe length and fitting to resolve problem. Tested for leaks. Pointed out potential issues or leaks around hot and cold connections due to corrosion with pictures. Replaced the fits to avoid future leaks. Great job!👍

The next day, they sent me a text when their representative was on the way and his ETA. The representative arrived on time, identified himself, and wore shoe covers to protect our floors. Called and asked for a quote on phone, was refused, and said someone had to come out Forced to pay $89 to have someone quote me over $1000 to install a dishwasher $551 (in case you need a quote) - and that was "discounted for me" down from $750, replace a bathtub overflow plate -over $300 (in case you need that quote) and snake a drain over $250 (in case you need that quote), which the stopper was pulled and was left out and not replaced. I paid the ransom fee and sent them away. Handyman is coming to do dishwasher tomorrow for $300. I snaked my own drain with one of those $10 spikey zips from.Home Depot 5 minutes after he left, and another plumber is doing the overflow plate for half of what was quoted for that repair tomorrow as well. What a shame. Longtime customer. Won't return. It cost me $89 to learn that this company went from being my go-to over the years, to crooks.
