We have been using Fenwick for the past six years. Their service has been nothing short of exceptional. Most recently, Justin one of their techs, came to our home to service our reverse osmosis water filter, water treatment system and hot water heater. He resolved one minor issue and serviced each of them for maintenance to ensure they are all running properly. Fenwick installed each of these over the past five years for us as well as servicing other plumbing issues.Justin was professional and exceptional. We highly recommend Fenwick.

When John Matthew Atnip showed up to our door, there was an immediate difference. Matthew was both charismatic and professional. He immediately ascertained the issue with our toilet and proceeded to thoroughly check the rest of our house’s plumbing. The pricing was fair and based on Matthew’s professionalism, we knew we were receiving excellent service. Fenwick installed my tankless water heater. I made an appointment for Fenwick Home Services to perform the annual service procedure - flushing the system. The technician (Justin) arrived promptly at 8:00a.m. The maintenance was completed quickly. Justin is very polite and competent.

We had a clogged kitchen drain. Called Fenwich and made an appointment. We were already considering replacing our disposal so this seemed like a good time to discuss the possibility. James was our Technician and arrived a just slightly over 2 hours later. (Which was in the early part of the 2 hour window they promised.) They also sent a text with his name and picture before he arrived. James came in, asked a few questions, assessed the clogged issue and we decided to go ahead with a new disposal. He immediately got to work and was finished in less than an hour. We couldn't be more happy with our experience and would highly recommend Fenwick and James for any plumbing needs. It couldn't have been a better experience.

I had 4 water heater installation estimates with 4 different companies and Fenwick price was several hundred dollars less and included everything. They did not pressure me and when I chose them to do the installation. They came the next day and were prompt. The technician, Andrew, was professional, efficient and experienced. Highly recommend for water heater installation...haven't used their other services.

We had an Awesome experience!! Our water heater started leaking unexpectedly. When we called Fenwick, we did not expect to have someone out to our house within 1 hour of our call. We were pleasantly surprised. The called was placed to Fenwick around 3:15 and by 7 pm that same day we had a brand new updated water heater. When they say they will have your water heater replaced the same day, they meant it. The individual that took our call and our Tech was very professional and understood our needs. This job included faucet replacements and extra work to bring everything up to code. They cleaned up each day for renters who never went without water at night. Dayngel was great and was able to replace a stud in one of my sinks in 5 minutes to stop the water from coming in. It was a great relief and I highly recommend Fenwick for emergency plumbing needs.

We had an issue with your AC unit at a rental property recent, and since it’s Florida, all AC issues feel like emergencies. Our technician, Ryan, was very helpful, clearly communicated the issue, and shared options for resolution. This was very important to me as I was not on location. He was extremely professional and sent me all the documentation of the service via email. Fenwick’s call center was quick to provide information on prices and scheduling and the company is reasonably priced and responsive to emergency or urgent situations - we would use them again and recommend them!
