I was very satisfied with my technician he was very professional and efficient however he quoted me a price of $253 and then there was a part that he needed and he told me that he had to go back to the shop to pick the part up and when it came back he quoted me $377 which was more than $100 more than what he initially quoted me and I just don't understand why it would have been that much more difference

We experienced a lightning strike to our house. Fortunately, the damage was minimal however, for the insurance claim (and our peace of mind) we needed an inspection of our electrical system and the lost equipment. Brian was the service technician who came out the same day we called and checked everything necessary. He also spent time educating us more about lightning and electrical currents. He provided recommendations for additional safety measures. He provided the needed information for the insurance. Our usual home service provider, who charges more, was unable to provide this service. We are very impressed with the timely and professional service from Fenwick and Brian. We now have a new home services provider.

WOW…That’s how a service call should go! I was thoroughly impressed from the time I scheduled the appointment online, to the impeccable services provided by their tech Adam branch. I was kept informed every step of the way, including when Adam did his diagnostics, troubleshooting and recommendations for fixing our air conditioning system. True professionals!!! I highly recommend trying them for yourself! You won’t be disappointed!!!
