Steve Hancock and his assistant. Showed up on time and immediately got to work. They correctly identified the damaged 1/2" pvc pipe and the impacted 2x4 base frame. They proceeded to replace it. They waited for the glue/resin to dry and patched up the excavation with mastic. The water supply was turned back on and they checked for any leaks...there were none.They cleaned up the area and we had a final review before they left. Thank you

Today I had one of the most professional and patient service technician from Fenwick. William was very polite and courteous and he demonstrated extreme patience as he installed (2) thermostats for my existing units. One of the thermostats that I provided was damaged and William took the time to drive and get another one. I know the time that was taken from his day is very valuable, but he made me feel like my installations were more valuable. The technician was prompt and did a great job. There is only one thing I wish he (and we had the hot water heater replaced the day before) both men did a great job. The only negative is on the clean out of both units, but did not clean up the debris. I just had new mulch laid and it would have been great for the guys to bring along a mat or something to collect the debris from what they are doing.

Had a secondary problem late Thursday night the same week and they sent the same tech first thing in the morning. He quickly identified and resolved the issue. Tech explained different solutions to my problem of a clogged drain, then gave me the total price options. The solution to the problem was too expensive to be able to complete right now. He tried the less expensive route, but that didn’t work, so I paid for the service call and his time, which was fine. I really appreciate him being up front with cost, etc.

I had a problem caused by ineptitude in trying to do my own plumbing. I called Fenwick on Sunday late afternoon and asked for help. They sent Raphael out that evening to rescue me. He solved my problem very quickly and helped me understand better how my system worked. While he was here he also installed a kitchen faucet for us. He installed it in one tenth of the time it would have taken me to do so. He was terrific-if we have any other plumbing problems I will call Fenwick and ask for Raphael.

Ron came out to help us with a low water pressure issue. He was excellent in diagnosing the issue and then testing it, and finding out we had a second issue! He fixed that one too! Ron was super quick and professional and we really appreciated how he explained everything to us. Now we understand the water system so much better in our house.

We were taken advantage of from a Jacksonville company when we needed help. DO NOT use this company for any plumbing, cooling or heating needs even if it’s an emergency. Please read the following: We called FENWICK for assistance with our HVAC. During a recent cold snap our HVAC system froze and required immediate attention. A technician arrived and said he couldn’t work on the system until it was defrosted. If it wasn’t frosted that night, he wasn’t sure when he or any other associate could return. He said it would cost $188.00 to defrost the system. For over an hour the associate and I, in freezing temperatures, late in the evening, using hot water from our bathroom tub and our buckets, defrosted the unit. He diagnosed the problem and said we needed a Heat Pump Defroster Sensor. (part number: HH18HA279). The part had to be ordered and would take 5 to 7 days and the part would cost $441.00. Installation could take another 5 to 7 days. FENWICK charged us $89.00 for the service visit and $188.00 to defrost the unit. The part was installed about a week later. While waiting for the part I went to their web site and found that 3 coupons were available but were not offered. We asked the technician why he didn’t offer the coupons to which he replied “that’s up to you”. I took a photo of the part number and found that the part was sold by FACTORY AUTHORIZED PARTS. I found the part on-line for $31.00 and that it was available from Amazon and could be delivered free the next day. The final cost was $490.00 for the installation of a $31.00 part. After questioning the cost, FENWICK offered to waive the $89.00 service fee and offered to honor the coupons we found on-line from their web site. Our final cost was $530.00 ($342.00 plus $188.00) for the service call. Caveat Emptor!

During the coldest temps we've seen in years my HVAC Condenser froze and stopped working. I contacted Fenwick and they replaced the failed Condenser Coil Temp Sensor but there were additional problems keeping my unit from not heating. The Service Manager Jesse worked with the manufacturer to obtain a new Honeywell Truezone Zone Control Board under warranty and Adam worked diligently to install the new parts and troubleshoot a multitude of issues and even effected a workaround to get my Aux Heating to turn on when being called by the Thermostats. Fenwick made every effort to get my system repaired at a time when they were overloaded with heating service calls and I very much appreciate their efforts. I have worked with Jesse and Adam in the past and strongly recommend them to everyone as they also treat customers very fairly with labor costs.

We called to report a leak appearing in the garage, opposite the wall where our refrigerator stood inside. Fenwick was there within a couple hours and technician Kahn quickly diagnosed the problem as the fitting and hose leading to the fridge. He replaced the needed parts and wiped up the small amount water that had leaked. Professional courteous and friendly.

I could not wait until I was sent this review. Justin who came out to my house is without a shadow of doubt #1!!! Hands down, no argument. The best customer service, professional and reliable. He explained everything that was going on, showed me what went wrong and how to keep the water heater going for the next 15 years. Only down side and it had nothing to do with him was the price. You get what you paid for. Phenomenal experience, HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. Very pleased with the outcome just basking in tears at the price.

We have used Fenwick twice. Both guys were very nice but mediocre at their job. The first time we had a toilet that would keeping running off and on, the flapper was problematic. A guy came out and replaced the flapper and showed me how to adjust it. He said I may need to adjust it because this may continue happening… nice fix. The running water kept happening. After our son flushed his iPods down the toilet I called Oakley Plumbing and he fixed the problems. The Fenwick plumber installed the flapper incorrectly. We were charged $150. Another time we used Fenwick we had an extremely clogged sink. The Fenwick plumber came out to fix the issue and he didn’t have a plunger… these guys literally have a plunger on their logo and this dude didn’t have one. In his defense he bought one and let us have it and showed me what to do if it happened again. He is the reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of one because he was cool. His plumbing knowledge was subpar based on questions I asked him about different issues. Definitely not going to use Fenwick ever again. Call Oakley Plumbing. You may need to wait a little longer but they know their stuff.

Matt and Paul are very professional. Stuck to problem until resolved. Took off their footwear prior to entering the house on multiple occasions. Were insistent on cleaning up all areas inside and out. Did not waste time in any point in a 3 hour process. I will only use Fenwick from now on for plumbing issues. Saved me at least $3,000 based on an alternate assessment of the problem.

Crooks… first off did a gas line extension which had a leak. On 3 occasions they could not find the leak and my wife bought a simple sniffer and found it… when they finally sent someone with the right tools and experience he quickly was able to fix it. That could’ve been disastrous. Called them for a quote to replace about 20 feet of drain pipe. They quoted $12,000 for what was a $2000 job with everybody else

Most amazing emergency response by Fenwick Home Services. Our hot water heater sprung a major leak just before we arrived home at 4:30 Saturday night. Fenwick had a truck at our home in Nocatee at 5:30 and we had hot water at 8:30 that night! Our technician contacted me as soon as he was dispatched and we knew help was on the way. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the situation, made a couple of calls, explained what he was going to do and then did it! This was not dumb luck.
