A licensed technician arrived quickly, explained the problem thoroughly, and gave me multiple repair/replace options without any pressure. The work was competent, fast, and professional. Within hours I had my system back online — I’m writing this after my first peaceful shower since the outage. Full marks for professionalism, speed, competence, and customer care. Our system wasn’t running right and when I went to remove the filter to change it, it wouldn’t come out. It was stuck as you can see it frozen over. They came out the very next day, which was fine because the air still worked, and Larry handled the whole thing from start to finish. He didn’t leave until the unit was defrosted and up and running excellent

Fenwick used to be the number one choice for my plumbing repairs, but they have become greedy like everyone else. Had a toilet issue and the repairman from Fenwick said that it would be 383.00 to pull up the toilet and repair the "O" ring. He didn't want to do the job and you could see it from his demeanor. He then stated if I have to pull up the toilet I will break the toilet. He then stated, "Thank you Ma'am, it will be 89.00 for the call." Do not ever use Fenwick. They are now heating and air too and had the same problem with their greed when I had them look at an air conditioner. Buy a new outrageous system was their advice and had another company come out and look at it and repaired it right away. Had a handyman look at my toilet and he fixed the problem for only 105.00. Do not use Fenwick. Greedy and a waste of time.

Ronald Ayers was excellent. When presented with our issue, he knew right away what the problem was and was able to fix it. He also showed us where the shutoff valve for the water into the house. From the time Elmer came out for our service call, Waychoff's was on it right away and had a team out the very next day to resolve our A/C issues. I want to take a moment to thank Elmer, Zakeem, and Hobbs for their hard work and professionalism. They discovered that the A/C system installed through our home warranty had not been installed correctly, which was causing the unit to cool our garage instead of our home. They took the time to fully resolve the problem, made sure everything was installed properly, and listened to our input throughout the process. They came prepared, worked efficiently, and their experience truly showed. We greatly appreciate the effort and care they put into getting our A/C working as it should. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had an unexpected issue on a Sunday due to a slab leak in our garage, and I called Fenwick for help. They were quick to respond and sent out a technician, Steven, who assessed the issue and explained the next steps. Shortly after, Craig, the Services Manager, came out and provided us with a detailed quote to re-pipe the entire house and install a new water softener, since we did not have one. The installation team, Ben and Cody, did an excellent job. They prepared our home for the work, re-piped everything efficiently, and made sure the disruption inside the house was kept to a minimum. Afterward, they had a drywaller, Emad, come out to patch everything back up leaving the walls looking like nothing ever happened. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism and care. We truly appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from the entire Fenwick team!

Had a blocked garbage disposal drain. I called for service @ 6p but still had half a sink I could use so immediate service wasnt needed. Got an appointment for first thing this morning. I received an email and text they were on the way and Nathan arrived 10 minutes later. He evaluated the situation, provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done including the cost(which included a senior discount as well as 2 others) and length of time he needed. I authorized the work and he got to work. i was thrilled i didn't need a new machine! He explained everything he was doing along the way and cleared the blockage. He educated me on proper use of which I honestly wasn't aware of a few things and also taught me how to clean the disposal; who knew!!!! Wouldn't hesitate to reach out again if ever needed.

We hired Fenwick Services / Waychoff’s AC to address an issue with our Daikin system. Over the course of a month, we paid $1,636.78 for two new dampers after their technician insisted that was the definitive fix. Not only did the repair fail to solve the problem, but our home actually got hotter — rising from 74–76° before service to 82–85° afterward. Multiple visits followed, but their own manager later admitted the damper replacement was ineffective and that a Daikin representative was required. Despite promising to schedule that visit, I discovered days later they hadn’t even contacted Daikin. Meanwhile, my family has been left in an unsafe situation with a 7-month-old baby in 85° heat. I am now forced to hire another HVAC company to properly diagnose and repair the system. I have requested a full refund of $1,636.78 and am preparing a formal complaint to file with state regulators. I cannot recommend this company due to misdiagnosis, ineffective repairs, and failure to follow through on their commitments.

David, the technician, came here to service my A/C . He was super thorough and even took the time to show me and explain to me the whole diagnostic report on his tablet. This is entirely taking it to the next level. Never had a technician so thorough. I guess it has something to do with Fenwick and Waycoff’s joining forces.

Recently I was contacted by the local utility company that there was a water leak on my property that was being picked up in the meter box. I immediately contacted Fenwick Plumbing, whom I have used previously, and they were actually able to get someone to my house later that same afternoon. The plumber, Dale, arrived when he said he would and I told him everything was off inside and outside the house…..no water running. He immediately had an idea where the leak probably was and after some brief paperwork, which he explained thoroughly, he began to get after locating the leak and fixing it. As it turned out, the leak was exactly where he suspected it would be and despite about 2” of rain just before his arrival, he and a couple of helpers had me up and running in about an hours time. Because of all the water continually filling the meter box Dale could not reinstall the box completely and put all of the sand and dirt back. He told me that if we didn’t get more rain he would be back in a day or two to finish the job…..which he did two days later. I was very impressed with Dale’s knowledge and his efficiency in fixing the leak in the PVC pipe and as I have done before, I would highly recommend Fenwick Plumbing, especially Dale!!

Used Fenwick before for plumbing repair, loved Zach's work but Christian did my heating and A/C service better than any technician in past 4 years. Got the maintenance done which included air filter but he went above beyond to clean out leaves in outside condenser and completely clean inside air handler also fixing a kink in the water pump I didn't see. Check out some deals on maintenance contracts and a UV light to kill nasty bacteria worry free.

Fenwick & Waychoff’s promised help but never showed for our appointment. Instead, they began spamming my cell with solicitation messages—even after I repeatedly asked to be removed from their list. When someone finally arrived, they were clearly untrained and unlicensed, and tried to convince me to let them tear into my wall for a “repair” that wasn’t needed. I stopped them, called a reputable plumber, and was told this type of scare tactic is common from this company. The other plumber fixed the issue quickly—without touching my wall. This business is unprofessional, unreliable, and misleading. I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.

Appointment was for between the hours of 12-3. I also asked if that meant it would be COMPLETED DURING THAT TIME. The person on the phone said the service should not take more than 30 minutes outside that window. Tech showed up at 2:45. Tech sat in his vehicle for 10 minutes. Tech finally does his job and rings the doorbell at 2:55. The service takes until 3:58 Tech goes to his van and sits on his phone for 24 minutes before finally coming back with paperwork. I will specifically request this tech never steps ony property again.
