Cody went above and beyond to ensure the experience was great. The whole team worked to make sure the install was seamless and done correctly. They had a serious challenge as our attic space was not conducive to installing the pipes. This team was super and I cannot say enough about Cody. He was so kind and courteous, making sure I knew the system and how to control the thermostats. Cudos to Cody and his team. I highly recommend Fenwick. I have been using them for 3 years and they are fabulous at all the aspects, plumbing, Airconditioning.

After 20 years of ongoing plumbing problems (and thousands of dollars later), two of my neighbors recommended I call Fenwick Home Services. Two days ago they sent a plumber who diagnosed my problem. It was my old water softener unit that had never been fully uninstalled and was clogging up my pipes. Today they sent a Master Plumber, Michael Bowen, along with an assistant, and installed a new soft water unit. Michael Bowen said I was “infiltrated throughout the house… one of the worst he’d seen in 40+ years of plumbing”. Michael Bowen also suggested (but didn’t try to sell me) that I might think about replacing my hot water heater, which was installed in 2009, after I had a flood inside my home near the old water heater. I had been thinking I was living on borrowed time with this one. Fenwick sent it out, and that was installed at the same time. All in a day! In all these years no plumbing company has ever accurately diagnosed my problem. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Fenwick. The dispatcher was great, and helped with getting me on the schedule first thing this morning, as I work in the afternoons. I received a text message that they were on the way and I could track them en route. I can safely say you are in good hands with Fenwick. Finally my plumbing issues are truly resolved! Many thanks!

Had a water main shutoff that needed to be replaced. I am selling my house and the inspector dinged me on it. Reached Fenwick on line Sunday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Communications was excellent, tech arrived exactly on time, gave me very competitive price, had everything he needed on the truck and was done very quickly. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Without a doubt my first call for any plumbing issue.

I called for an estimate on a non-emergent water heater installation and I was grateful that they were able to come out the same day. They were knowledgeable and professional and clear in their explanation of what needed to be done. Would love to have them do the install however they were not at all competitive with their pricing. Very expensive. Sad but I will have to keep getting additional estimates.

We discovered a leak in the hose bib on the outside of our home this morning and immediately called Fenwick Services based on our previous good experience with the company. Joshua Stricklin, our Fenwick technician arrived promptly in the time frame we were promised, assessed the matter and provided a clear solution and affordable cost for resolving the leak. He was able to fix the leak quickly with minimal inconvenience. He was courteous and professional at all times. We had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. I called Fenwick Plumbing on Saturday, and as it was no rush, they could schedule someone to come that fit in their schedule. Dispatch scheduled a time for Monday and I was given 2 time slots to choose from. Amazing response time, I was not expecting an appointment that fast. The plumber that came out was highly skilled, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The new faucet was in place and working within an hour. I am glad that I called Fenwick Plumbing, it's good to know who you can call to make things right.

I have used Fenwick Services over the years for A/C and plumbing. Every time the service was on time with a professional tech. My recent interaction started with Fenwick started with a rather high electric bill and odd things going on with the heat system. I had a tune up scheduled and the technician was on time, very thorough after the inspection ,explaining the issue and giving options for fixing the issue. We chose to replace our a/c system. The comfort advisor, Tony, was our first person to interact with deciding what system was needed for our home. He was a true professional from the start. He explained the size systems available for our home and let the wife and I decide what would work for us. Set it up for install the following morning. The team installing our system were , in my opinion, top notch. Each crew member had a task during the process of steps from removal to install to finish. These 4 guys worked flawlessly to not get anothers way to complete the install process. Great job!

The office coordinator took all pertinent information and said a service technician would be at our property within a four hour window. This is a reliable and competent company. And, their installs have a one year warranty.

I was home on a Monday holiday enjoying a day off outside & got the hose to spray off my pavers when I heard a loud sound “pop” and noticed no water was coming from the hose? But instead water was RUSHING out from the exterior wall of my house?! I ran inside & discovered several rooms had water coming in on the floors! I finally found the main water shutoff outside…(I’m female I had no idea) ha! I immediately called Fenwick (who replaced my water heater & did an amazing job last year) they sent Jesse to the rescue! On a holiday, Jesse arrived very quickly & assessed my water damage. He was very professional & knowledgeable! He knew I needed the water on my flooring taken care of ASAP & called United Water Restoration for me. Then he opened up the drywall & found the burst pipe in my walls. Jesse showed me the issue and explained everything thoroughly. He performed the repair quickly and I was relieved to know that the repair was done. My technician, Tim, arrived before the appointment time. I was called about this. He came in and got right to work. He determined that my toilet had flushed its last and gave me a price on a new one. He had it brought our within an hour and installed it and checked it. It works perfectly and you would never know he had been here. All in all a wonderful experience.

our professional arrived within 20 minutes of my initial call. Worked with expert precision and resolved my drainage issue within the first 30 minutes of his visit! he was respectful and asked for opportunity to troubleshoot our reoccurring drainage issue that no other plumber had been able to solve up to this point. Using Top-of-the-line equipment, was able to pinpoint flat spots in our sewer line And prescribe a solution that I'm sure we'll save us thousands in the future! ZACK A, YOU ROCK!

All staff were more than just friendly, they were proactive and their superior level of competence eased my worry.
