We had a plumbing issue and from my initial phone call for service to the repairman (Jesse) I was amazed by the professionalism and courtesy. The office coordinator took all pertinent information and said a service technician would be at our property within a four hour window. Numerous text updates kept us informed of Jesse’s arrival to include a picture of him. “Nice touch”. Upon his arrival, he was very respectful, courteous and detailed. He provided reasonable quote and we had the work done. He walked us through the warranty paperwork, detailed invoice. Thank you Fenwick Group. You have a great staff.

This is a reliable and competent company. And, their installs have a one year warranty.

I was home on a Monday holiday enjoying a day off outside & got the hose to spray off my pavers when I heard a loud sound “pop” and noticed no water was coming from the hose? But instead water was RUSHING out from the exterior wall of my house?! I ran inside & discovered several rooms had water coming in on the floors! I finally found the main water shutoff outside…(I’m female I had no idea) ha! I immediately called Fenwick (who replaced my water heater & did an amazing job last year) they sent Jesse to the rescue! On a holiday, Jesse arrived very quickly & assessed my water damage. He was very professional & knowledgeable! He knew I needed the water on my flooring taken care of ASAP & called United Water Restoration for me. Then he opened up the drywall & found the burst pipe in my walls. Jesse showed me the issue and explained everything thoroughly. He performed the repair quickly and I was relieved to know that the repair was done. He also took a look at a couple other plumbing related issues on the same visit saving us time and money versus multiple visits to diagnose those items. My technician, Tim, arrived before the appointment time. I was called about this. He came in and got right to work. He determined that my toilet had flushed its last and gave me a price on a new one. He had it brought our within an hour and installed it and checked it. It works perfectly and you would never know he had been here. All in all a wonderful experience.

our professional arrived within 20 minutes of my initial call. Worked with expert precision and resolved my drainage issue within the first 30 minutes of his visit! he was respectful and asked for opportunity to troubleshoot our reoccurring drainage issue that no other plumber had been able to solve up to this point. I had the pleasure of having Tim Allala come to my home to work on a shower - The blender and the control were both 12+ years old and needed to be replaced. Tim is a 30-year experienced profession that knows his business very well. Tim is prompt, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the repair to ensure he had the appropriate parts. Once assessed he was able to conclude the repair in very short order. The area was left clean and ready to use immediately upon completion. Fenwick home services was super responsive providing the service I requested and needed the same day!

Making an appointment was easy and could be done online. Aaron, my tech, was polite and professional and answered all my questions. He also gave me some suggestions on how I can improve my water quality and prolong the life of my appliances and plumbing system. Had to call again for another issue and Craig did a great job. Fixed up the prior owner's home handyman job and now everything works the way it's supposed to.

The technician special ordered what was needed as it was "unique". He explained all of this thoroughly & professionally. The technician found a unique part for my faucet and installed it. He will obtain an additional part needed and bring when the special order arrives. He went far beyond what I expected with the challenges. And he was so professional and pleasant. Craig was great! He gave me multiple options for water heater replacement. He was friendly and he did great quality work with no sign that he'd been there other that a new water heater. It was,expensive, but I feel like I got a good product and valuable piece of mind for years to come. Highly recommend, and will use them again.

I would like to give a shout out to Fenwick Home Services for a plumbing issue I encountered yesterday. I couldn't get my shower to turn off. My shower has a "one handle controller", pull to turn on, push to turn off, rotate left or right for hot or cold water. The round plastic handle came loose when I attempted to turn off the water. I attempted to turn off the water at the street, but was unable to do so. I couldn't access the water shut-off in the garage. I called Fenwick and requested emergency plumbing services. I explained the problem. Matthew Webb arrived a few hours later. He turned off the water at the street, took the handle off and checked the cartridge. The cartridge was ok, but the handle apparently was the original from 1978 when the house was built. It has tabs on the underside rim which some apparently broke off, and was the only replacement needed. Matthew had to leave to get the part, but was back in 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my non-plumber explanations, and was very attentive to my questions. I enjoyed talking to him and wanted you to know that you have a great employee on your team. I couldn't be more pleased!

I called today because I had a dishwasher draining issue. Since we were asking a plumber out, we decided to go ahead and ask about a few other issues too. Fenwick booked the appointment and sent a technician, who told me immediately that Fenwick doesn’t service dishwashers. The only thing they were able to fix was tighten one thing in our sink draining pipe. Then they proceeded to charge an $89 dispatch fee plus the base service fee! Needless to say, we are unhappy. I clearly told the person who booked the appointment that I needed someone ASAP to fix the dishwasher. Why would they book the appointment if they knew they don’t repair dishwashers? It felt very exploitative to me. For what it’s worth, the people who came out were nice, and the lady who booked the appointment was nice. I called back to request a refund and was told someone would call, but I could call next Friday to follow up if I hadn’t heard anything.

Joshua Strickland did a great job. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. It was a bit more involved than I thought it would be but he did a thorough job and left my bathroom better/cleaner than he found it. He wore shoe guards and was careful to not make a mess of my floors. He’s a great technician and I highly recommend him. Thank you Joshua and Fenwick for sending him to do our job.

Great experience with Fenwick today. I dreaded calling a plumber on a Saturday, but I had an active leak and had to get it addressed. A tech (Andrew) was on the job within about an hour of my call, and found and repaired the problem right away. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The price for this service call shocked me! (In a good way...) I will definitely use Fenwick again for any plumbing needs.

It was easy to make an appointment and the tech arrived on time. We had an a/c drain pipe break inside the wall. Our tech Ryan M was very professional and careful not to cause damage as he investigated the break. He did a great job fixing the break and the system was up and running quickly.

The installers Dylan and Caleb exceeded my expectations. Dylan was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. On the day before my 40th birthday house party, my home started not heating well. At 5:30am day of the party I got desperate and decided to message Fenwick because they we one of the very few 24 hour service companies. They showed up by 4:30pm same day. My tech Michael was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He answered my millions of questions and fully assessed what was going on. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do day of but he gave me all the info I needed to remedy my issue. I'm so grateful. I would use them again in a flash. Highly recommend. Frankie and the whole staff did a great job for us. Had an issue late Friday night with the water heater and needed it replaced. They were able to come out and install a brand new water heater Saturday Morning. Cody did a great job explaining and servicing our water heater that was throwing an error code that required parts from the manufacturer of the water heater. His actions were very swift which led to getting it finished within 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced in this type of repair. My AC went out on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come and fixed my AC the very next day in the morning , which is a Sunday. Overall, great experience with Fenwick. First time ever having to call a plumber. Did some routine checking on my end unit I needed some professional advice. I called Fenwick around 2PM and they were able to send someone out same-day for a leak in our guest bathroom. Ron was great. Professional, experienced, and didn’t mind me asking some questions while occasionally watching him survey the issue. He chatted through options, ideas, and even taught me a thing or two along the way. After about 2 hours from start to finish, Ron fixed our issue, gave me his card, and now we’ve developed a trusting relationship with Fenwick. Out the door price was cheaper than I expected, which was fantastic. I’ll be using them again if we ever need a plumber in the future (knock on wood we won’t).

These people DESTROYED my home. NEVER USE THEM. 7 return visits to "fix" issues and I was left with a vanity not secured to the wall, busted tile backsplash. Did not tie in faucets and shower heads. They just jiggle around. Destroyed tile in shower. Dragged a running power saw across my bathroom floor, so linoleum needs replacing. In other words, I paid thousands of dollars to need thousands more work done. I called every owner and manager and their best repair work is not fit for a tenement. Two and a half months of letting them TRY to fix it, and I gave up because I couldn't miss work, anymore. Or take the run around. This business is the WORST.

Late on Friday, 8/6/21, our Carrier air handler began leaking condensate water onto the floor. After trying to identify and fix the problem myself, I began searching for a reputable A/C repair company on Yelp. I discovered Fenwick Services had good customer reviews. At first, I scheduled an 8am to 12pm appointment for Saturday, 8/7/21, using online form on Fenwick’s website. However, the system sent me text message with a Sunday, 8/8/21 appointment. So, I called and spoke with the evening receptionist who quickly revised the appointment to my original Saturday timeslot. I want to give special thanks to that receptionist for providing outstanding customer service late on a Friday evening. The next day, I received an email confirmation that my HVAC technician would be Jesses Wilson. Jesse arrived on time, dressed in a clean and professional uniform. After introducing himself, he quickly got to work assessing and correctly diagnosing the cause of my leak, which was a partially clogged drain pipe and a malfunctioning emergency shutoff float switch. Jesse cleared the blockage and, reinstalled new PVC pipe leading out of the air handler and a new shutoff switch. The new pipe installation included an access port with a cover, enabling me to treat the drain with white vinegar flush once a month to help keep the drain clear. This is a feature I hadn’t had before. The repair job took 90 minutes to complete and test and was done for a very reasonable price, especially for a Saturday (My HVAC systems have always seemed to fail on weekends, holidays, and evenings ). I was truly blessed to find Fenwick Services and to have Jesse Wilson as my HVAC Technician that day. Fenwick Services now has a new and loyal customer for life! Kudos to the entire Fenwick Services team for providing exceptional technical and customer services!

Rafael Serrano service technician was able to diagnose and repair my plumbing problem quickly, and discussed all options in regard to the fix, and the best approach keeping in mind my preferences. His workmanship was high quality, and he took the time to describe his work afterwards. He was courteous and professional, and I am very satisfied with the job. He replaced the drop ear elbow pipe in the wall and removed and replaced the bathtub spout stuck on the pipe with a twisted set screw.

He was very nice, professional, & knowledgeable. Although he only worked in our garage, he wore a face mask when talking to us, which shows that safety is a concern for their employees & customers. Fenwick's customer service was great and they let you know when someone was on the way to the house. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We had to have the main water pipe to the house replaced, a toilet flange replaced and toilet installed, and a pipe inside replaced and vanity installed. We were very happy when everything was completed.

Bill Fenwick Plumbing did met my expectations We have a Miele Futura diamond dishwasher. Because we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville the Miele company concierge service will not install it again, so we choose this company to haul the old unit and install ours - phone service people were excellent getting us a requested date and were kind - installers were on time as scheduled. - the unit got well installed and its working great Will definitely call them again if needed.
