My outside AC unit was making a HUGE grinding noise every time it stopped. With a referral from ANGI, I was contacted by Fenwick Waychoff’s HVAV Service. Not did they call within 10 minutes, but a tech was sent out the same day! I was provided with the name of the tech in advance and he arrived right on time. He was friendly, experienced and patiently listened as I tried to make the noise I was hearing. He got right to work, quickly found the trouble, then clearly explained to me what had gone wrong, including where he was able to make improvement. If you need AC repair and live in the Jacksonville, FL area, then Waychoff’s should be your first call. Their service was outstanding!

I had water leak called them and they came out on Saturday didn't charge me anything extra nothing hidden and Zach was amazing he didn't make any judgment based on prior work he checked everything out and found the leak and took care of it then went above and closed the whole fire me cleaned up and repiped under my sink all for a very reasonable price!!! I will use them from now on with any issue in my home thank you Fenwick and Zach

Elmer was great. He took the time to show me what the problem was and what options I had to resolve it. From a quick fix Contactor replacement that might recur again in a few months to a Compressor replacement that would last a few years to a total system replacement that would last 10-15 years, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. We opted for the temporary fix knowing that it would take some time to schedule either of the remaining compressor or total replacement options.

Your technician exceeded our expectations. On a hot summer day we had a technician at our home within two hours of calling for service. The technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the failure of our air conditioning within five minutes of arriving. He gave us an estimate and had us up and running within 90 minutes of his arrival. He was very polite and courteous and a credit to the company.

AC shut down and they were able come out same day no problem. Even on a Sunday! I wasn't able to be home when the technician got there. My neighbor let him in. Austin called me and was very clear and detailed to me about what needed to be done. It was a pretty easy fix and he did not try to ask me to fix anything unnecessary. He even looked at the rest of the unit and did some preventative things to help us out. Trustworthy and professional work. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Had plumbing issues. Faucet and valve leaks plus had them inspect water heater for proper operation. The technician was available sooner than expected . Decided to have him inspect 4 bathrooms and laundry room. I learned a lot from technician and will have them come back to do $2 k of faucet / valve work. Absolutely great service, same day evening late. Kudos to Dayngel, he inspected the situation and was able to resolve within 1 hour. Our pipe to the shutoff valve outside broke and we had to shut off water for entire house. I called Fenwick and explained, this was about 6pm, they said that they will dispatch emergency call and someone would come between 8pm and midnight. Around 9 i received tracking email that Dayngel was on his way. He arrived around 9:30 and was done by 10:45-11pm. He cutoff the top and bottom piples and put in a new shutoff valve on the spot. Great job. Pictures show that the pipe brokeoff leaving the screw part inside the shutoff valve part. He replaced the screw pipe with an iron one and now it is new and sturdy.. I would have appreciated more if i was able to get a better price, but for the urgency and time element, i understand.

Fenwick sent out a gentleman named Daniel McMillian for our clogged drain. We live in a house that is over 100 years old. Daniel figure out the old sewer system which was quite difficult and diagnosed and solved the clog. He was professional and gracious. He cleaned up and made sure everything was perfect. Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!!
