We recently purchased our home and knew from inspections that our tankless water heater was in need of repair or replacement being 10 years old. I researched plumbing companies, including going to TECO referral page and Fenwick came up in a few places with good reviews. I called and they were able to come out same day and quote a price for fixes and replacement. Ultimately we went with replacement and it was all said and done by the end of the day. MICHAEL BOWEN and Fenwick are our new go-to plumbers! We will call and request Michael to come replace our kitchen faucet and a few other smaller repairs around the house. He was friendly, patient while I asked questions and enjoyable to talk with.

We had never had problems with the toilet but all of a sudden it wouldn’t flush. We used a little narrow snake. That didn’t work. My son came over with a 20 foot-long snake. The toilet still would not flush. Time to call the experts Fenwick! Chris came to our home used a bigger better auger, but it still didn’t work. He took the toilet off and he saw the rubber seal and the wax part dissolved and clogging up the toilet. He cleaned everything up and put a new rubber seal on and bolts the toilet. I was happy it flushed, but the bowl was all scratched up from the 20 foot snake. Chris showed me how to take sand paper and gently sand out the scratches. It worked! Then he gave me a pair of gloves and an extra bit of sandpaper and told me it will take some elbow grease to get it all pretty again- but without his advice- I would have been clueless. Thank you Fenwick for sending Chris to my home to fix my guest bathroom toilet. I want to give him 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

They were neat as well as thorough and did not leave until making sure everything was operating to their satisfaction and mine! I placed the call 8/6/24 and they were at my door within a couple hours to give me an estimate and were able to accommodate me with a same day install! I highly recommend Fenwick and would not hesitate to use them again.

I unfortunately had a tree branch damage a pvc supply line to a hose bib. I called Fenwick Plumbing and they had a technician out within about 30 minutes. Dale, the technician, quickly assessed the situation, gave me my options and we agreed to the work. He did an outstanding job. He quickly fixed the issue and rerouted the pvc pipe for the future. I appreciate the quick response and the excellent repair! I’ll definitely continue using Fenwick for my plumbing needs!

Brendan was extremely professional, friendly, and patient with all the pro/con questions. He helped us make a better long term decision by going with the tankless water heater. His installation was very clean. I called Fenwick at 6:55am and they had an 8-12pm window, Brendan showed up at 8:35am, and by end of day the installation was completed. They had competitive prices with the added coupon as well as labor warranty. I was impressed by how the company operates with driver arrival alerts and quoting emails to show you the total price and models/brands. Will definitely recommend Fenwick to others.

Christopher arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem of the water leak in my toilet tank. He proceeded to provide various options to fix it and was more than happy with the option that we selected. Even greater than that , Christopher noticed that our smoke detector, fire was bleeping and graciously offered and did in fact replace the battery. Totally unexpected and just reflective of the type of service and overall decorum that he displayed with us. Based on my experience with Christopher and the work that he provided, I would gladly recommend Fenwick plumbing services to anyone. Particularly try to get Christopher.

I have an older house built in the 60s with cast iron pipes. Needed to get a home inspection asap to change homeowners insurance after many home insurance companies bailed out of business in FL. The main issue was a clog in a bathroom sink along with polybutylene pea traps that had been previously installed at my house. I decided to obtain 3 estimates. Fenwick sent Joshua S. out to provide initial estimate, diagnostic work, and repair. I am 100% certain that Fenwick saved me hundreds of dollars on the cut out and repair of defective piping within a shared wall between kitchen and bath sink. Joshua noticed that he could access faulty bath sink drain piping through a panel under the kitchen sink. A competitor wanted to rip out my bathroom tile, wall, etc. to access the pipe. Professional, reasonable, smart, and fast is how I'd like to describe Fenwick Home Services. I now know who to call when I need plumbing in the future. Thank you, Fenwick!

Tim and Shawn pulled off an incredible job. They fixed a deep water main break leading into the house, surrounded by roots, in a single morning. A task unable to be done by 3 other companies. With a respectful sense of urgency due to the entire neighborhood water needing to be shut off they located, excavated, and repaired the burst line in 4 hours. Both gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful explaining the process while they hit each step. Even going the extra mile and adding a raised shutoff valve for the main line before the yard so any future issues will not impact the other 15 homes in our community. Excellent work, couldn't praise these guys enough. Side note, Fenwick also repaired a water main break for another neighbor so after this you guys will be our 1st call moving forward.

Fenwick Plumbing did a great job. They were quick to come out. Michael Bowen worked all day to make sure everything was just right. He took out my old gas water heater and put in a gas tankless water heater. It was a huge job. I’m very pleased with the product and the professionalism. I would definitely use them again.

We had a gas leak that caused us to have to shut off our supply leaving us with no way to cook and no hot water. Fenwick sent a tech out first thing. Craig Rock came to our house and was extremely thorough and professional. Very grateful for the prompt service and how helpful Craig was. Amerigas gave us a company they refer to and they told us we’d have to wait two weeks. We were only down about 18 hours.

I am so pleased with the service Fenwicks provided. They promptly responded to my call, which was made on Sunday night. Monday morning I received a call and email, stating the the technician would be out between 8.00 and 8.30 am. Patrick was here on time and wasted no time in finding the problem. He is quite knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. He took the time to check if the hot water tank was under warranty, ordered the new one, which came 2 days later. Patrick was back here installing the next day. He’s prompt and efficient, takes the time explaining in detail what needs to be done. If I need Fenwicks again I will be requesting Patrick.

I called Fenwick's as my tankless hot water heater was not working. They experience from the call to the follow up was great. I got a text with the tech's name , a picture and about them. Totally blew me away. They sent me a message when he would arrive and he did. He was very thorough found problem, gave me total. Fenwick is fast, capable, and honest. A plumber from another company arrived late to look at our hot water heater, poked at the pilot light, and then pitched us a $4,100 replacement. I called Fenwick the next day and their tech arrived on time, cleared out some dust, performed some much-needed maintenance, and charged me $149 for a standard service call. They are my new best friends.

At 6:30 we realized that we had no hot water. Called Fenwick who had installed the heater about 10 years ago. By 8:30 two uniformed techs were at our door, diagnosed the issue, explained our options and began to work. By 3:00 they had installed our new tankless propane heater and we had plenty of hot water. Rafael Serrano did a wonderful job replacing our new water heater. He was very helpful and considerate. Called Fenwick in the morning and by 6:30 pm, we had a new water heater installed and working. Softener went bad. Craig Rock came out and really went above and beyond on the repairs. My filter had busted sending carbon throughout the lines in the house. He took every aerator off the faucets, disassembled the shower heads, and purge all the lines. He was remarkable and saved me the time of having to do it. Even when I told him I would handle it he stayed and completed the job and then some. Was at my house for hours. I appreciate it. Great employee you have Fenwick.
