John Atnip was the bomb 💣 dot com! Not only was he professional and courteous but also knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He came in, was able to unclog my drains and had us up and running. He continuously checked behind himself to make sure sure that the work was done prior to taking payment. He provided me with an estimate and captured my signature prior to starting the job and explained everything to me. This is my 2nd time utilizing Fenwick and because of the consistency in quality services that I received, I’m going to have them do additional work for my future group home. Hands down, the price is right, the service is good, and you won’t be disappointed with the technicians. John was not only good looking but very respectful and down to earth. Fenwick is lucky to have such talented people on their team. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company with fair prices. The service technician,Andrew who responded to today's service call. What I like about him was he explained what he was doing in layman's terms. And, he answered my questions to the best of his ability. Also, when he encountered an issue outside his skillset, electrical, he called the office for available resources. Fenwick will send their electrician out early tomorrow to service the electrical component of the problem. He was very manerable, and I will request Andrew for future services.

Our kitchen sink was leaking and flooded our cabinet of course a couple days before Christmas. I called Fenwick and they sent a plumber named Alan out that night. He was nice, fixed our problem and also our faucet so our water pressure is a lot better now.

This was my first time using Fenwick. I needed a gas line removed from stove and line capped. I picked them at random as they were one of the few companies that I recognized the name. A name and company you can trust for plumbing, heating and air. Living in Orange Park Florida, you know Florida weather can be bipolar during the winter. One day you’re running heat and the next you’re running your AC. I kicked on my AC on Saturday only to discover it wasn’t blowing cold air. I immediately jumped online and scheduled for a technician to come out. Always available and not outrageous for a weekend service check. Ryan was my technician for a scheduled appointment Sunday to determine issue and showed up at schedule window. Knowing the unit is 24 years old much of the parts and items have become obsolete and you can’t bandaid things any longer. Now to have estimate for getting things back in running order without issues. I called upon them for replacing AC on my deceased sisters home where my nieces reside. I’ve had them replace my water heater when that went out. Now I trust in them for my own AC/heating needs.

New fridge delivered and the faucet behind it was leaking when we hooked up the water line. Called Fenwick at 11:30 on a Saturday and they said they'd have someone out between 12 and 4. Dayngel showed up at 2, had the issue diagnosed and quoted in less than 10 minutes. Less than an hour later the job was done and our new Fridge is in full working order. Dayngel was knowledgeable, friendly and performed a very clean and tidy repair. Dayngel is the man!!!

We were very impressed with Fenwick Home Service. We had a pipe break in a wall in our guest bath and the only way to stop it was to shut the water down in the entire house. I was able to call at 2:00 am in the morning and set up an appointment for the next day which was such a relief. Dale Willis was the plumber that arrived, on time and we were very impressed with his skills and professionalism. A problem that we thought would take days to resolve was fixed and our water was back on by the follwing afternoon. We can't thank Dale enough and will definitely reach out to Fenwick again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

On Wednesday Oct 30th, Matt and Paul came to look and our tankless hot water heater which had stopped working. They were very personable and quickly began to diagnose the problem, which was determined that it was in dire need of being cleaned. They worked for quite a while to clean it, even pausing to take pictures of the process. They kept me Informed of everything they were doing and answered all questions that I had. They were extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable that it was being done right. They also had other suggestions about my water softener system, which I appreciated. When they finished, we had hot water! The bill was reasonable as well. My husband and I really appreciate the services provided by Matt and Paul, especially since they came all the way from Jacksonville to Glen St Mary, which was more than many others were willing to do. Some companies never even returned our calls. We had an exceptional experience with this company and its employees. We appreciate all they did for us and would highly recommend them. Called Fenwick with for an estimate for a repipe on my parents house. Darryl came out gave me a fair quote and I decided to go with them and I’m extremely grateful that I did. Matt Atnipp the repipe specialist and his partner Gage they were excellent at their job. Friendly and explained everything what was going on. They are very knowledgeable and experienced.I would highly recommend them for repiping and any plumbing issues. If I need anything else I will be calling Fenwick and asking for Matt. I’m truly grateful and happy for job that they did and being able to help me and my family.

Technician took the entire day to complete the job because he was along. he had to put together two new toilets plus switch an old one from one bath room to another and disposed one. The home had just placed the entire first floor with engineered laminate floors. Of course he placed floor mats to protect the new floors. He left the house a spotless as he found it, we had a cleaning service just before he arrived. Of course he made sure all toilets were working the way they should. Excellent job.!!!

My issue being no warm/hot air coming out of my ceiling vents when I had my thermostat set to “heat” at a set temp. The unit would run but blow cool (to my hand) air. Sparing some details about further troubleshooting, I did some research about the issue and then decided to call Fenwick. I was able to get a technician sent to me during the same day that I called. Dylan, the technician (friendly & knowledgable), quickly evaluated the cause and determined that there was a leak in my refrigerant line based on a pressure test showing no pressure whatsoever. He did a test on the line by filling it with nitrogen (if I remember correctly) and revealed the location of the leak based on hearing the audible hiss from the coils in my indoor unit. Having identified the issue, we discussed solutions where I was presented several options. He determined that the parts were under factory warranty and provided me an estimate for the repair. The cost was unfortunately much more than I was expecting (basing expectations on: the original cost of my unit w/ installation when I bought it new and that it is not near the end-of-expected-lifecycle based on manufacturer info) for labor and other non-factory warranty covered costs included a (new/different) warranty for the repair done by them. Seeing as I had this current ac unit installed 5 or so years ago (purchased and installed by a different company) I expect that I should have another 5 years or so of reliability with this unit. Dylan, understanding my perspective regarding weighing my options, set me up with an appointment for a free estimate for potentially replacing the entire unit in case that might be a more ideal solution. He left me with a few tips in the meantime while I continue the process of determining the best route forward. It was a very timely and useful diagnostic appt and the technician was knowledgable and quick to understand my perspective. I was charged exactly what was previously discussed during my initial call with the company for a diagnostic check. I’m a happy customer with Fenwick and have leveraged their services for AC as well as plumbing in the past. With that in consideration and to no fault to Fenwick in particular, the cost of this particular repair warrants additional research before making a decision.

Patrick was excellent. He did such a professional job of handling our leak and is installing our new tankless water heater. We worked through numerous alternatives with us to find the best one. They clean up and even patched our drywall. The company contacted us to move up our appointment once they heard we had a leak. Absolutely excellent customer service.

We are beyond pleased and impressed with Fenwick Plumbing. We had an urgent need for service, and within an hour, a technician arrived. Zach quickly assessed the situation, explained the necessary repairs, and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. The professionalism and rapid response time were by far the best we've ever experienced. The rates were reasonable, and we now know that, should we ever need a plumber again, Fenwick will be our go-to for life.

Dayngel Fernández was the technician sent to do our assessment and repair. He was patient and explained everything to our understanding. He took care and repaired our plumbing issue then cleaned up after checking that everything was in proper working order. There were a few unexpected issues during his repair job but he handled them professionally and calmly. Had a great experience with your employee brenden. Very professional and did not mind questions about different things and opinions on what we can do in the future if I wanted to change my sink. He left the area clean and looked like no one had been there doing repairs! He reset an undermounted sink and put in a new faucet, did a better job than the people who built the house. I am a General Contractor…and I use Matt Gray to do all of my plumbing and gas work. I have been in this line of work for approx 27 years now…and I can honestly say’s that Matt is without a doubt the best plumber that I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the field and of code. He is extremely meticulous and will not leave the job site until everything is as perfect as it can be in this line of work. He also works well with all of my other sub contractors to make sure that all aspects of the work are coordinated together. I appreciate and respect him. I could not recommend him more. FENWICK DOES IT AGAIN! We got a note from the water company that we were losing 50 gallons an hour from somewhere. I called Fenwick, like I did last year from a leak in my master bath. Angel, the technician came out immediately. Super personable and professional guy. He found the problem very quickly with equipment that he was happy to share with us. He then explained in detail how he will fix it and what materials he will be using. Does it get any better than that?
